Just a little update. After my sessions with Elle, I feel more connected to my inner child and have been healing her. I'm also taking care of my health better, focusing on transforming myself. After years of hiding behind baggy clothes and overweight as a form of protection I am now in the gym, eating healthier, I am improving my hair, working on my teeth to get a better smile. Once the transformation is complete, a new wardrobe. I'm not hiding myself any longer. Thankyou for starting this journey for me. I went into my session with Elle feeling overwhelmed, with so many ideas and dilemmas in my mind and no clear direction. Elle’s warmth and kindness immediately put me at ease, removing any pressure to have it all figured out. With incredible intuition, Elle helped me connect long-standing thoughts and dreams I had never linked before, releasing underlying guilt and doubt. Elle also made sure that we left the session with clear and achievable goals and she has attached accountability and positive mental reinforcements. Honestly, I can see so clearly why it’s called a breakthrough session, - I wouldn’t trust anyone more to coach and support me toward my goals.

Elle did some deep and incredible work with me and helped me understand that it was my subconscious talking to me as it is still in its protective mode from trauma I suffered for many years as a child through to adulthood. Elle did some intense childhood visualisation with me and helped integrate the inner child into adulthood, setting her free from needing protection, making her strong and competent. We then did visualisation and mantras with my future self helping me see the end result. It was a very emotional moment and Elle was kind, gentle, reassuring, safe, trustworthy and skilled at doing such deep work. Elles tone of voice, cadence and empathy was incredible and put me at great ease to delve deep into my subconscious. I had such a powerful and eye-opening Mindset breakthrough session with Elle! From the very beginning she made me feel at ease with her warm, supportive presence. I loved the way she used visualisations throughout our time together – they weren’t just relaxing, they really helped me to see things more clearly and connect with the version of myself I want to step into.

One of the biggest takeaways for me was creating an anchor I can use whenever self-doubt tries to creep in. It feels like such a practical and empowering tool that I know I’ll keep coming back to. On top of that, Elle took the time to send me personalised affirmations by email after our call, which was such a thoughtful touch and really helped the session feel complete.
